Final of Astro Quest Talent 09'

25 th July 09, was amazing day for the finalist of astro quest talent 09', it was selected. 5 finalist, Alvin, Ryan, Min, Yoke and Ka Fai.

I get 3 ticket from my sister, cuz of Alvin is her friend, also a leo member...
so i go with rinku and coke lim on that day..
The stage and the performing live is better then last year..
already improve a lot..

Firstly the show was started by 5 finalist grouping together and opening the show, their can't sing by group, solo is more better..

After opening, 5 finalist will be test for first stage, solo singging hot/pop song...
1st was started by ka fai, continue by alvin, min, ryan and yoke..

The MC by Josephine (JOJO) and Danson.

First stage Alvin was out, he is the top 5 finalist, don't be sad...he do the best, competition is not end of your career is just a fisrt step.

Second stage, is testing your pop/sentimental song...
Ryan was out after the second stage, he is the top 4 of the finalist...
He very good in dance, remain me like Rain..

After the second stage, LIVE perform by the last year winner of astro quest talent, ooops i forget her name, hehe nevermind, also with Janice from Hong Kong Famous Artist, she sick so only performing 1 song and singging testing with the third stage..compain vs stage with finalist...

Third stage Yoke was out, she is the top 3 of the finalist...

The last stage is ka fai and min, compain singging competion with 3 different genre, pop/sntimental/rock song, wow....min is giving me a good voice hearing and power when singging the rock song by powerstation..

We never see the final show, cuz coke wanna go...
No need see know, who is the winner, sure is Min...

can say no transport after my car broken down..

Yesterday can't say is a busy day for MU vs Malaysia Football in stadium merdeka, when we take taxi come back sri petaling? cuz my car is in Taman Desa Danau.
A lot of people, FULL then any event here...better then "Sure Heboh"

On today, my sister and my parents go for lunch with Lion Club cuz my family is hold the student at chance Lion Club, a japanese girl will coming visit my malaysia stay here, her named called "Miru Nagaii" she a 17 yr old girl, will coming here this 5th August.

Now we should planning when or where wanna bring her go?

Shout Out Awards Night

Last Night is the big event is held in Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil. A night of Shout Out Award 2009. The event was quiet happening, can say better then MTV Asia Award having in Malaysia before.

However is very traffic jamming around Sri Petaling to Bukit Jalil, cuz have 2 big event 1st is MU Vs Malaysia Football in Bukit Jalil, 2nd is Shout Out Awards 2009. That's make very traffic jamming.

Entry to Shout Out Award 09' is free entrance, only me and rinku is going for the live show event organize by 8TV. This event is LIVE ON TV.

Can say is a great event, amount best one. The first performance is by Pop Shuvit, their playing Sizuka with all japanese cultural dancer. On this event a lot of artist is in there, most wanna see is Marion Counter, she gets the hottest chicks award 2009. wow, she so sexy and hot.

Bunkface is getting 3 awards, the most wanted rockstar on the day, Local pop punk-rock band Bunkface was the biggest winner in the Shout! Awards last night as it took the Rockstar Award and Break Out Award (Best New Act) for music.

It also won the overall Ultimate Shout Award.

A total of 16 awards were presented at the Shout! Awards, a celebration of local talent and rising entertainment personalities, at Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil last night.

Hosted by Marion Caunter, Jien and Sara. The best performance on that day is Estranged and Bunkface, too bad hujan never perform. Bunkface now is leading the market of indie rock bands malaysia, no more hujan..

In a tribute to Michael Jackson, Jaclyn Victor performed a medley of Heal the World and You Are Not Alone with Reefa and Aubrey Suwito.

2nd last performance rockstar, Estranged with his hitz No Time....i really enjoy the performance. COOL ^^ can called new age of malaysia superstar.
Ken Chung is playing bass, on that day ^^

International pop star Sean Kingston made a special appearance, performing hit singles Beautiful Girls, Fire Burning and Take You There.

A show at padang RTM Angkasapuri organize a "Hari Raya Concert" with local artist and indie band, with recording for raya...

I also dunno is a raya concert, cuz i only see the advertisment on TV one time only so me and rinku went to the show lolx...
Quiet good performing artist by six sence, hujan, one buck short, peter leo and many more...only 2 chinese band performing there..^ ^ kena tembak bu bu them with racism thinking ^ ^
Malaysian still racism..
However a girl artist (forget the named...) she really copy Miley Cyrus style, song similar style like Avril Lavigne and Hannah Montana...
Six Sence the band, im enjoying...cuz many guys' bu bu them, cuz there are not macoh guys like Deja Voodoo Spell and other band...
There all look like pretty boy's...
However the band is waiting for the crowd is HUJAN and BUNKFACE, but BUNKFACE can't come cuz of vocalist is getting sick ^ ^
HUJAN be the most happening band on the day ^ ^
Rinku feel wanna go home, so bored to him...
After the last show, we go back our place have a drink at MAMAK STORE =)

Private Jackson service precedes public memorial !!

LOS ANGELES – A motorcade that began at the home of Michael Jackson's parents reached a cemetery in the Hollywood Hills early Tuesday for a private service in advance of a star-studded memorial in downtown Los Angeles.

Numerous vehicles under California Highway Patrol escort headed out from the parents' home shortly before 8 a.m. Tuesday and reached Forest Lawn Memorial Park Hollywood Hills about 15 minutes later.

Authorities shut down sections of freeways during the height of Los Angeles' morning rush hour to allow the motorcade to pass.

Jackson's family members and dozens of friends, led by his parents, Joe and Katherine, were seen walking into a hall at the cemetery where a small viewing was apparently held the night before.

After the private ceremony, Jackson's body will be taken to the singer's public memorial. Among the celebrities expected to attend the memorial are Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Usher, Lionel Richie, Kobe Bryant, Jennifer Hudson, John Mayer and Martin Luther King III.

Police have blocked off roads and warned those without tickets to stay away because they would not be able to get near to the downtown venue.

Some fans were allowed past street barriers into the immediate area around the Staples Center early Tuesday. Dozens of street vendors lined up selling T-shirts, photos, buttons and other Jackson memorabilia.

More than 1.6 million people registered for free tickets to Jackson's memorial, but only 8,750 people were chosen to receive two tickets each.

Los Angeles was the epicenter of Jackson-mania, but the outpouring of emotion was worldwide. Belgium's two national public broadcasters were to broadcast the memorial live later Tuesday and several hundred Jackson fans gathered at a Hong Kong mall late Tuesday.

Holding white candles, Hong Kong singer William Chan and Taiwanese pop star Judy Chou led the audience in observing a 30-second silence. Many of the fans clutched red roses and wore black; some donned Jackson's trademark fedora hats.

In America, about 50 movie theaters across the country, from Los Angeles to Topeka, Kan., to Washington, D.C., were planning to broadcast the memorial live, for free. Jackson died at age 50 on June 25.

"There are certain people in our popular culture that just capture people's imaginations. And in death, they become even larger," President Barack Obama told CBS while in Moscow. "Now, I have to admit that it's also fed by a 24/7 media that is insatiable."
